Letter Jacket FAQ's

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about our varsity letterman jackets:

What is the lead time?
For in-stock jackets, typical lead time is 2-3 weeks.  During our busiest time of the year, which is November-January, lead times for having jackets lettered is typically 3-4 weeks.  If we have to order the jacket in, typical lead time is 6-8 weeks, and can be 8-10 weeks during our busy period.

Do jackets fit true to size?

Not really.  We strongly encourage people to have the person who'll be wearing the jacket try one on before having it lettered, since they're custom lettered and we want to make sure the jacket will fit for the duration of their high school years.  

Are there male and female styles?

No.  The jackets are not gender specific.  They are available in sizes XS - 4XL, and we have samples of most sizes in the store for people to try on.

What if we want a different color combination than what you have in stock?

We will order it in for you at no additional charge.  We can do jackets for any school, business, organization, etc, even if you don't see it pictured on our letter jacket webpage.

Can we order a jacket even if my son/daughter does not have their letter yet?

Yes, and you can bring the jacket back any time and have the letter and any patches added to the jacket.

Do we need an appointment to be sized and purchase a letter jacket?

No, you may stop in any time during business hours.
